At Elite Golf Gear Shop, we are committed to getting your premium golf equipment to you efficiently and securely. We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas).
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to make returns and exchanges as straightforward as possible.
Returns Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- In the original packaging
- Include all original tags and documentation
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship to Address: Send your return to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same steps as returns and indicate your preference for an exchange in your email.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf balls (once opened, cannot be resold)
- Batteries (due to their consumable nature)
- Personalized or custom-fit golf clubs
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Used or damaged items
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
International Returns
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred when returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
