Returns Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) including all original packaging and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process for exchanges follows the same steps as returns. Please indicate in your email that you prefer an exchange and specify the preferred alternative item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf balls (Balls category) – Once opened, cannot be resold
- Batteries – Due to their consumable nature
- Personalized or custom-fit golf clubs
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Used or damaged items
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
Please note that customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred when returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
